PET Policies
Many of Panther’s rental units allow pets. If you are a pet owner, please confirm the apartment or house you are interested in does allow pets. Note that different fees apply for cats, puppies, and small & large dogs.
CATS
We require a non-refundable pet security deposit of $250.00 in addition to the normal security deposit. Please make check payable to Panther Properties.
There will be an additional charge of $25.00 per month, per pet.
Cats must neutered or spayed, all shots & vaccinations (rabies, distemper) must be up to date. We must have a copy of these records.
Cats must be litter box trained. The litter box & surrounding area must be kept cleaned & disinfected every day. Litter must be thrown away in proper receptacles.
You will be responsible for any damages caused by the cat. This includes scratch marks, stains & odors.
If there are problems with noise, cleanliness & damage caused by the cat, you will be responsible for rectifying the problem. If the problem continues to occur, you will not be permitted to have a cat on the premises.
Carpets must be professionally cleaned prior to moving out. Proof in the form of receipt.
PUPPIES /DOGS under 2 years
We require a non-refundable pet security deposit of $250.00, in addition to the normal security deposit, with an additional $100.00 non-refundable deposit required for dogs under 2 years of age if approved. Please make checks payable to Panther Properties.
Additional monthly charges, based on size of dog:
25 lbs. and under: $35.00 per pet
25-50 lbs.: $50.00 per pet
(Dogs over 50 lbs. may be considered on a case-by-case basis.)Dogs must neutered or spayed. All shots & vaccinations (rabies, distemper) must be up to date. We must have a copy of all these records.
Absolutely no dogs under 2 years old without prior permission; must be mature & housebroken. No aggressive dogs.
Dogs must be kept in kennel/crate when not home or supervised.
You must pick up after your dog on a daily basis & dispose of waste in proper receptacles.
